Cytuję z małymi zmianami: "Czy jeśli ktoś powie, że jest przodownikiem turystyki kwalifikowanej to nim już jest. Nawet jeśli zarejestrował swoją grupę jako stowarzyszenie o dumnej nazwie "Polskie Towarzystwo Miłośników Turystyki i Krajoznawstwa"."

Chciałbym zauważyć, że przytoczona powyżej ustawa nie precyzuje do jakiej organizacji należeć ma instruktor harcerski jak i przodownik turystyki kwalifikowanej.

Zgadzam się z przedmówcami, że dobrze by było to jednoznacznie sprecyzować. Narzucić pewne 'standardy'. Myślę, że 'solidne' organizacje nie miały by problemu z ich spełnieniem.

Aczkolwiek znając naszych wspaniałych i inteligentnych ustawodawców, aż strach się bać co może im do łba strzelić przy ustalaniu takich rzeczy.

Można by poruszyć też temat kursów na wychowawców kolonijnych. Z tego co wiem to niektóre pozostawiają wiele do życzenia.
