>Dla instruktorów - Czyżby to, że jakaś grupa utworzy swoją formację, nada stopnie instruktora harcerskiego stanie się od razu harcerzami z pełnymi kompetencjami - dziwny to kraj.

Przecież to typowe zjawisko w demokracji. Zbiera się grupa ludzi, dopełniają wymogów rejestracji jako organizacja pozarządowa (stowarzyszenie), wybierają swych liderów, którzy swoim członkom nadają określone kompetencje. Grupa jest uznana przez władze państwa, które zresztą w podobny sposób uzyskują kompetencje do rządzenia i podejmowania decyzji, więc co w tym dziwnego? Uważasz demokrację za coś niewłaściwego? Uważasz, że to dziwny kraj???
