Kiedyś ... partia była jedna i harcerstwo było inne.
Teraz nikt nie zostaje harcerzem bo jest taka moda czy 'poprawnie' jest być członkiem jakiejś oragnizacji. Dziś do harcerstwa należą osoby, które chcą w ten sposób działać. Jest to wybór świadomy.
Ma to swoje minusy i plusy.
Z jednej strony liczba członków ZHP po 89 bardzo spadła, a z drugiej odbija się to pozytywnie na 'jakości' członków, harcerstwo staje się bardziej 'czyste', nie ma wśród instruktorów ludzi z ulicy.
