Oj Henek - pała z propedeutyki ;-p

Ale masz rację rozporządzenie jest mocno nieprecyzyjne. W ogóle całość ustaw sprawia wrażenie przepisanych na kolanie w szkolnej toalecie. Z jednej strony dość precyzyjnie opisany zakres i sposób weryfikowania uprawnień przewodników górskich, a z drugiej kociokwik dot. prowadzenia wycieczek.
Powtórzę się, ale uważam, że w temacie ustaw okołoturystycznych PTTK, ze swoimi kilkudziesięcioma tysiącami członków, mógłby zrobić dużo dobrego - wystarczy, że każdy z członków podpisze się pod inicjatywą ustawodawczą towarzystwa i już mamy ponad połowę podpisów.
