>Jestem poprostu ciekaw jak ogólnie widzicie pewne rozwiązania ( np. wycieczki szkolne prowadzone przez pierwszego lepszego z ulicy ? ).

Na terenach nizinnych wycieczek szkolnych nie prowadzi nikt "prosto z ulicy", tylko pedagodzy i osoby posiadające kwalifikacje zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem MENiS. Jakoś do poprowadzenia szkolnej wycieczki rowerowej po naszych ruchliwych i wąskich szosach nie porzeba żadnych przewodników zawodowych. Przecież nie powiesz, że taka wycieczka rowerowa jest bezpieczniejsza od wędrówki szlakiem turystycznym przez lasy i wzgórza np. Magurskiego Parku Narodowego albo Parku Narodowego Gór Stołowych, gdzie zgodnie z przepisami każdą grupę wycieczkową (nie tylko szkolną!) musi prowadzić przewodnik górski.
