"Jestem za tym, aby OTP nie można było zdobywać na terenach uznanych za górskie (punktowane na GOT),a na "reszcie" obszaru kraju"

A jak sobie wyobrażasz merytoryczne uzasadnienie zastrzeżenia np. Pogórza Kaczawskiego wyłącznie do GOT? Przecież to obszar praktycznie zupełnie płaski i w dodatku w większości nizinny. Zgodnie z encyklopedycznym pojęciem "nizina" - teren położony do 300 m n.p.m. A jednak za przejście z Bolesławca do Lwówka Śląskiego - wędrując po zupełnie płaskich i nizinnych terenach, wśród pól gdzie rośnie kapusta i pyry - regulaminowo uzyskujesz 43 pkt. do GOT (nr wycieczki w Regulaminie GOT: 6064).

Dziwne, aby na terenach nizinnych punktowanych do GOT nie było możliwe zdobywanie jednocześnie Odznaki Turystyki Pieszej. W końcu wędrujesz tam pieszo, a możesz jeszcze uzyskać dodatkowe punkty za zwiedzanie miejscowości.
