A w Rzeszowie obydwie odznaki weryfikuje jedna osoba...

a niby dlaczego nie można?
skoro się spełnia wymogi regulaminowe każdej z odznak.
Jednocześnie przecież można też zdobywać Turystę Przyrodnika czy ROK/OKP.

Nie spotkałem się z żadnym zapisem iż jest zakaz.
Jeśli ktoś się spotka to bardzo proszę o sygnał.
A jezeli się spotkacie z odmową jednoczesnego zweryfikowania np GOT i OTP wychodzonych w regulaminowych terenach to też proszę o sygnał.
