O finansowaniu w potrzebnej wysokości przez MG nie ma co marzyć, ale trzeba pozyskiwac kasę z różnych źródeł tak też robimy. Nie zmienia to faktu, że PTTK powinno zajmować się szlakami, także pozyskiwaniem środków tak centralnie (ZG) jak i bezpośrednio na swoim terenie. Sytuacja kiedy każdy maluje co chce i jak chce jest absurdalna. A np uważasz, że można przyjąć tylko niektóre zapisy instrukcji a inne odrzucić? Najczęściej jest tak, że tworząc nowy szlak jego planiści jako podstawę wykonania przyjmuję Instrukcję Znakowania Szlaków Turystycznych PTTK, a wykonawstwo mimo to zlecają ludziom spoza PTTK. Czyli mamy spółkę z oo? Część instrukcji dotyczącą wyglądu szlaków przyjmujemy i na niej się opieramy a o takich zapisach jak pkt 3 rozdział IV Instrukcji zapominamy?
