Tematyka: Przyszłość PTTK

Jestem członkiem PTTK od 1982 roku i nie miałem od tamtego czasu problemów ze "Starymi" działaczami. Wręcz przeciwnie, dzieki mojemu uporowi i zaangażowaniu, a ich doświadczeniu udało się wiele spraw pchnąć naprzód! Mam nadzieje ,że tym razem będzie podobnie w odniesieniu do problemu prawnego jaki pojawił się po 12.09.2001r. w związku z wejściem w życie przepisu dotyczącego obowiązku posiadania uprawnień zawodowych w dziedzinie rekreacji ,a co z tym jest związane z turystyką kwalifikowaną.Nasi przodownicy i instruktorzy nie posiadają na dzień dzisiejszy uprawnień zawodowych, a nadal prowadzą swoją pożyteczną i wychowawczą niekiedy działalność!
Info na ten bulwersujący temat "Czy działamy legalnie" został niestety usunięty ze strony forum, a problem jest poważny i nie można udawać ,że go nie ma!!Miejmy nadzieje ,że zdrowy rozsądek i tym razem zwycięży. Modyfikacji wymagają programy szkolenia przodowników i instruktorów PTTK aby dostosować je do wymogów państwowych. W załączeniu przesyłam zmodyfikowany program kształcenia zawodowego przodowników turystyki kolarskiej.Tylko wychodząc na przeciw wymaganiom państwowym w tym zakresie będziemy się mogli dostosować do nowej sytuacji prawnej w naszym kraju ,a w przyszłości w Unii Europejskiej.
