Nie wiem, czy na 100 % to dalej aktualne, ale na pewno kiedyś (rok temu?) było aktualne dla wycieczek.

1. Jeśli wycieczka jest rowerowa a nie kwalifikowana kolarska, to nie obowiązują procedury, może ją prowadzić nauczycielka bez specjalnych uprawnień. O stopniu 'kwalifikacji' decyduje... dyrektor szkoły. Haha.

2. Jeśli belfer ma uprawnienia ogólne (czyli chyba ten wspomniany IRR) to do prowadzenia kwalifikowanej imprezy kolarskiej potrzeba mu jeszcze stopnia 'przodownika tur. kolarskiej PTTK' (lub bodajże instruktora ZHP, o ile taki istnieje).
Co prawda to kuriozum, że Min. Oświaty powołuje się na uprawnienia PTTK, ale powołuje się i dobrze.

O ile nie zmieniono od tego czsasu przepisów, to poszukaj w rozporządzeniu tego zapisu.
