Mam pytanie do "kolarzy" bardzo merytoryczne:

Jak rozwiązać następujący problem i czy w ogóle było o tym mowa na spotkaniu.
Chcąc prowadzić obóz kolarski, obojętnie czy dla młodzieży czy dla dorosłych wg obowiązujących obecnie przepisów prawnych osoba prowadząca powinna mieć uprawnienia Instruktora Rekreacji Ruchowej ze specjalnoscią kolarstwo.
Jak to jest rozwiązywane przy prowadzeniu obozów i rajdów PTTK. Czy wszyscy dawni przodownicy turystyki kolarskiej ukończyli kurs IRR (niestety dość drogi i czasochłonny) ?

Nie dawno dyskutowaliśmy o tym z Jurkiem Kapłonem.
Organizujemy przy współpracy z COTG kilkanaście obozów w czasie przyszłych wakacji i jeden z kolegów chciał prowadzić obóz rowerowy. Jurek nie zgodził się na prowadzenie tego obozu przez osobę nie posiadająca uprawnień Instruktora Rekreacji Ruchowej ze specjalnoscią kolarstwo argumentując to tym że obozy PTTK muszą być prowadzone w pełni legalnie.

Z tym ostatnim się oczywiście w pełni zgadzam, bo trudno się nie zgodzić.

Na jakich zasadach sa organizowane inne obozy ?

Dokładnie to samo dotyczy zresztą obozów kajakowych.

Czy zawsze osoba prowadząca obóz kajakowy posiada uprawnienie IRR ze specjalnością kajakarstwo ?
