No niestety nowa wersja rozporządzenia po prostu ograniczyła prawa nabyte pzez przewodników, którzy owe uprawnienia uzyskali wtedy, kiedy obowiązywała jeszcze stara wersja.
W zasadzie - nie różni się niczym, ba, jestem skłonny zaryzykować stwierdzenie, że przewodnik klasy III ma wyższe uprawnienia niż klasy II. Co jeżeli program szkolenia zawiera wszystkie trasy (oznakwane i nieoznakowane)? Jak dla mnie wychodzi na to, że w zimie można móc więcej niż w lecie.
Wynikła sytuacja winna zmierzać w jednym z dwóch kierunków:
1. Powrót do uprawnienia na prowadzenie trasami nieoznakowanymi.
2. Likwidacja klas w przewodnictwie górskim.
