ale przeciez nawet jezeli ktos swietnie zdaje sobie sprawe z tego co robi to nie znaczy ze moze z tego tylko powodu zostac ukarany bardziej niz przewiduje prawo.

w tym przypadku za zejscie ze szlaku moze co najwyzej grozic grzywna i jest to wykroczenie a nie przestepstwo i nie ma tu znaczenia czy ktos jest profesorem biologii, dyrektorem parku narodowego (nie tego gdzie zszedl ze szlaku, czy zwyklym turysta)

oczywiscie powiecie zaraz ze niektorych po prostu sie nie kaze za takie rzeczy, ale prosze zauwazyc ze chodzi w opisywanym przez Basie przypadku o znaczne zwiekszenie wymiaru kary tylko z tego powodu ze delikwent mial blache przewodnicka...
