"No dobrze, a jeżeli poszkodowanego nie było, tylko ktoś widział jak dana osoba ze swoimi kumplami przekracza przepisy wchodząc w Parku Narodowynm w teren bez szlaku ?"

A czy ten ktoś jest w stanie udowodnić, że widział daną osobę z kumplami a nie kogoś innego?

"Czyten który posiada "blachę" ponosi wtedy większą odpowiedzialność od swoich kolegów ?"

Myślę, że tak. Skoro ma blachę, to znaczy, że przeszedł odpowiednie szkolenie, a zdając egzaminy udowodnił, że posiada odpowiednią wiedzę dotyczącą przepisów i zdaje sobie sprawę z tego co robi.

"I czy tylko moralną czy również prawną ?"
