No dobrze, a jeżeli poszkodowanego nie było, tylko ktoś widział jak dana osoba ze swoimi kumplami przekracza przepisy wchodząc w Parku Narodowynm w teren bez szlaku ?
Nie negując tego ze przepisy przekroczyli wszyscy i ewentualnay mandat im się należy ?
Czyten który posiada "blachę" ponosi wtedy większą odpowiedzialność od swoich kolegów ?

I czy tylko moralną czy również prawną ?
