Edku,

jak mozna bylo zauwazyc w tej chwili moja najwieksza troska jest legalnosc dzialania PTTK jako stowarzyszenia

Pieknie ze rozne zespoly przygotowaly mniej lub bardziej udane propozycje, ze dyskutujemy o strukturach, licznosci roznych gremiow, stopnia niezleznosci oddzialow itp.

Niestety te wszystkie dyskusje maja jedna wade - w tej chwili nie posiadamy dobrego materialu bazowego jakim bylby statut PTTK zgodny z zapisami ustawy o stowarzyszeniach - moze zatem nalezy najpierw uporzadkowac Statut pod wzgledem formalnym, a dopiero na podstwie takiego tekstu dyskutowac o zmianach...

swoje watpliwosci co do formalnej strony obecnie obowiazujacego statutu wyrazilem (mam nadzieje ze w sposob wystarczajaco rzeczowy i konstruktywny) w wiadomosci http://forum-pttk.pl/index.php?co=wiadomosc&id=16866
