Tylko jedna sprawa Edkowi nie chodziło chyba o pracowników ZG a o osoby pracujące w najróżniejszych intytucjach, a DZIAŁAJĄCE w PTTK. Bo tu naprawdę pojawia się problem. Ja osobiście zostałem wiceprezesem oddziału, na życzenie prezesa, gdyż "jako emeryt mam czas na załatwianie zewnętrznych spraw oddziału". Obecne wymagania pracodawcy wobec pracowników ( w tym nielimitowany czas pracy po 12 godzin), w większości wypadków, nie pozostawiają mu możliwości na działanie społeczne, i tu jest problem. Dotyczy to szczególnie młodych, wykształconych, pełnych inwencji, których najchętniej widzieli byśmy we władzach klubów oddziałów czy ZG.I to moim zdaniem, a nie braki zapisów statutowych powoduje starzenie się władz.
