Chyba nie czytałaś zbyt uważnie. Aktualny regulamin jest na stronie PTTK i tylko o nim jest cała dyskusja. Nie sprawdzałem starych wersji, bo nie mam na to czasu.

Poprawki do regulaminu każdorazowo analizuje kilkuset przodowników. Dziwne, że nikt dotąd nie zauważył nieścisłości i tego, że stara redakcja była lepsza.

Te stopnie mają swój sens, bo od tego chociażby zależy ranga konkretnego referatu weryfikacyjnego. Dla osób spoza kręgu turystyki pieszej to faktycznie nie ma większego znaczenia. Stopień przodownika TP jest w jakimś stopniu wyróżnikiem jego aktywności i doświadczenia. Sprowadzanie tego wyłącznie do szpanowania odznaką jest pewnym uproszczeniem.
