mam jeszcze uwagi co do roznego typu struktur "wojewodzkich" w PTTK:

- komu formalnie (organizacyjnie) takie struktury podlegaja - z tego co wiem regionalne kolegia, komisje egzaminacyjne czy fora nie maja osobowosci prawnej - kto je w takim razie nadzoruje i finansuje

- na jakiej podstawie statutowej w swietle art. 6 PTTK sa powolywane takie jednostki oraz jakie sa tryby wyborow do nich

- dlaczego sa powolywane tego typu struktury z pominieciem wyborow - np. Komisje egzaminacyjne d/s PTG sa powolywane przez KTG ZG bez konsultacji ze srodowiskiem PTG danego wojewodztwa, podobnie jest z regionalna komisja krajoznawcza

w ramach przedzjazdowych dyskusji proponuje uporzadkowac statutowo i organizacyjnie wszystkie kwestie zwiazane ze strukturami organizacyjnymi w PTTK tak aby wiadomo bylo dokladnie w jaki sposob sa wybierane i rozliczne ze swoich zobowiazan
