- Czy osoba trzecia może skarżyć w imieniu kogoś?
- A jeśli poszkodowany nie ma żadnych pretensji?

Nie wiem, jak jest teraz, ale dawno temu brałem udział w wypadku drogowym i proces musiał się odbyć (byłem świadkiem), bo jedna z osób miała chorobowe bodajże powyżej tygodnia. Może teraz jest podobnie?

Wydaje mi się, że mają się dokładnie tak samo, czyli nijak.
